Robin and I love cooking together, and even more than actually doing it, we love watching cooking shows and getting wild ideas about things we should try ourselves. In our minds, we're Iron Chefs and Hell's Kitchen winners rolled into one. And, like everyone else, we love Gordon Ramsay. So when we stumbled across his Ultimate Cookery Course a few months ago, there was only one way it was going to end: with us getting delusions of grandeur and cooking our way through the whole book.
We decided that we couldn't keep an experience like this to ourselves, so we'll be blogging the whole way. Using only his recipes, the finest ingredients and most ethical sources of meat, we'll make two dishes a week and you can follow our adventures here - some of you might even be lucky enough to join us in the eating!
