Woah, I forgot how many ingredients were in this recipe. But since we're putting bacon in our pork sliders, I won't argue.
Who knew homemade barbecue sauce was so easy? All it takes is some onions and garlic sauteed with ketchup, worcestershire, and a few other items from the pantry. Did I say pantry? I meant cupboard. We don't have a pantry.
Now on to the baby burgers.
Gotta fry up that bacon with some shallots...
Mix with ground pork and lots of seasoning, shape into golf balls...
And fry 'em up. It's not rocket science, but then you can't eat rocket science, so it's better than rocket science.
Also, rocket science doesn't have melty cheddar cheese on top.
See, the beautiful thing about sliders is that they're tiny so you're allowed to eat like 5 of them before anyone calls you a fatty. Just don't try to go for #6, though.
