What can one say about sweetcorn fritters? They're basically just pancakes with corn kernels in the batter.
Apparently they didn't leave a lasting impression on me since I can't remember making them...was I even there?
From the looks of it, most of the ingredients went into the yogurt dip, which I do recall was pretty tasty. Actually, it provided all the flavor to the otherwise dry, bland fritters.
Okay, that's not entirely fair - they weren't that bad. Maybe more seasoning would have made all the difference; or maybe corn fritters just aren't worth the effort. Sad face.
